I don't often write letters of appreciation but I feel that I must commend you on the way you do business. I found you quite by chance on the internet as I wanted to buy a string of pearls for my daughter on the occasion of her wedding. I checked your site and was impressed by the amount of choice. I then visited a local jewellery store that is owned by my next door neighbour. When he showed me pearls that were the same size and quality as yours, I was a little surprised to find his price $500 greater than yours. He suggested I order your pearls and compare them with his. I did this and was unable to tell any difference in size, shine or quality of the pearls. He was shocked that he could not match the price you offered me! I have to admit that I was wary of ordering something so expensive over the internet but I was relieved somewhat when I communcated over the net with direct chat... I also was able to check your company out with the Better Business Bureau. Both of these experiences helped alleviate any fear of giving my credit card number to you. When the pearls arrived they were beautiful and my daughter loved them. Unfortunately the clasp was not the correct colour of gold we had ordered and I anticipated a long and arduous process in returning them to you. How wrong I was! Your office quickly sent me a shipping label and communicated through email to let me know how the return was progessing... and in less than 5 days, you sent me another string with everything in perfect order. Even though there was an error... and I live on the opposite end of the country... your company made the whole process of returning the pearls simple and worry-free. Thank you for wonderful service and a beautiful product. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to any of my friends.
