Select Pearls provides free shipping within Canada for all pearl jewellery purchases via Canada Post Expediated Parcel. Faster delivery options summarized in the tables below are available for you to choose from during the ‘checkout’ process, such as: Xpresspost, Priority Courier, and FedEx.
SELECT PEARLS express
All of the in-stock items found in the Select Pearls Express area of our website will ship within 24-hours or next business day - as long as all of the correct shipping and billing information has been provided to us by the customer.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders placed on Friday before 12 noon AST will ship same day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon AST will ship Monday.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is a combination of processing time and shipping time (except for Select Pearls Express items which ship within 24-hours or next business day). Processing time is the amount of time it will take to have your order prepared and packaged for shipping. This is 24 hours for pre-made inventory and 3 days for items we need to have made from our loose pearl inventory. The table below summarizes delivery times.

Select Pearls does ship internationally. If you are ordering outside of the United States or the United Kingdom, please Contact Us first so we can provide a shipping estimate and to ensure that we ship to your country. Due to the high rate of fraud, Select Pearls will not accept any orders from Indonesia, Romania, Russia, Turkmenistan, Philippines, nor any African nation.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Select Pearls offers a full 60-day money-back guarantee on all of our products from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will exchange it or provide a full refund of the product cost. Please note, shipping costs for faster delivery are non-refundable.
To return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 60 days of purchase. Please use one of the methods on our Contact Us page to reach us. If your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipper as well as so that an investigation can be launched.

Please note, all returns must be postmarked no later than the 60th day past the purchase date to qualify for a refund. Please include a copy of the invoice with the items being exchanged or returned. Select Pearls is not liable for any damage that may occur to the items being returned during shipping. We strongly recommend that you send your exchange or return insured and in the original packaging.
Most returns or exchanges are processed within a week of our receipt of any returned items. All refunds will be credited to the card used to purchase the items for the amount of the product purchased; shipping costs are not refundable.
