No-Hassel Refunds

Select Pearls offers a full money-back 60-day refund/exchange policy on all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will exchange the item or provide a full refund of the product cost. The 60 days would begin from the date of purchase. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and custom orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 60 days of the purchase date. Please use one of the methods on our contact us page to reach us. If your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipper as well so that an investigation can be launched.

After contacting us, we will provide you with the details you need for a return or exchange.

 

Please note, all returns must be postmarked no later than the 60th day past the purchase date to qualify for a refund and must be in original, clean and undamaged condition with the original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice with the items being exchanged or returned and a note stating your request. Select Pearls is not liable for any loss that may occur to the items being returned during shipping. We strongly recommend that you send your exchange or return via registered mail, such as Canada Post Xpresspost, and email us the tracking number when you mail the item.

Most returns or exchanges are processed within one business day of our receipt of any returned items. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the items; shipping costs are not refundable. Please feel free at any time to inquire as to the status of your exchange or return.
