REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Select Pearls offers a full 60-day money-back guarantee on all of our products from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will exchange it or provide a full refund of the product cost. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
To return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 60 days of purchase. Please use one of the methods on our Contact Us page to reach us. If your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipper as well so that an investigation can be launched.

Please note, all returns must be postmarked no later than the 60th day past the purchase date to qualify for a refund and must be in original, clean and undamaged condition. Please include a copy of the invoice with the items being exchanged or returned. Select Pearls is not liable for any damage that may occur to the items being returned during shipping. We strongly recommend that you send your exchange or return insured and in the original packaging.
 
Most returns or exchanges are processed within two business days of our receipt of any returned items. All refunds will be credited to the card used to purchase the items for the amount of the product purchased; shipping costs are not refundable.
